I’ve been a member for nearly 30 yrs. last week you failed me as my credit union and have lost my trust. You cancelled my card, due to it being compromised. Which I totally understood. Where you failed me, I specifically asked you to overnight me a replacement card, and agreed to the extra charge. Here I am 1 week later with no debit card and nothing but excuses from inept representatives, as to how they forgot to overnight my card and will have to wait another 5 days to a week for my card. Completely unacceptable.

Went there to open a checking which I use to have with them several year ago! Sad and unfortunate most of the tellers have gone or better yet, moved on! This place has really gone down; luckily for me, they didn’t want to grant me a debit card for something that happened over 8 or nine years ago! I just went to WESCOM and opened up a checking there. Much cleaner, updated and professional. They are also open on Saturday’s unlike LAPFCU! I don’t know who’s calling the shots at LA.....but their service and banking hours suck not to mention, they need to be introduced to the 21century! Good Luck
