was okay to hail a cab from market and 5th since tons of them go by. cab was clean and the driver was polite, so no complaints, but not like it's first-class service or anything. average, nothing special.

Well I asked if they would refrain from anyone coming over, and Mike the dispatcher told me he cant stop anyone from coming over, and was super rude. VNC Cab said hell yeah. I'd go with them.
