My dog had terminal cancer and went to three different vets who were very cold. Ponti was the best vet for these reasons they actually cared about the animal and they explored options that no one else would. They also took a follow up call and spent 30 minutes. Heather Bowden was excellent! In the end my dog had to be put down, I wish we would of started with Ponti Hospital from the beginning. If you are deciding to find a vet both you and your pet will be very happy.

I found a fawn that someone had hit but it didn't die. We took her home for the night and as soon as they opened I called. When I arrived with the baby, Marilyn was so kind and caring, understanding the tears we were crying. I've gone to Dr Ponti for years, but this was a sensitive situation and it was handled with such kindness. I appreciate it.

We have just started going their with our new puppy and unfortunately have not experienced a "normal" visit yet due to Covid restrictions. After 3 vaccine visits and an exam, the 3 Drs our puppy has seen have each been very pleasant and informative as they call me to report. I would hope to narrow that to one Dr for better continuity. The clinic has been highly recommended by neighbors and friends more seasoned to this area and I look forward to similar experiences.
