The lady in the front was attentive and very welcoming. Im Chicago I don't get to see Palm street nor experience the wonderful different view I could just imagine. Definitely, returning with my daughters. As a single more of daughters this place made me feel safe

Oh my goodness, this place is above and beyond hospitable!!! My room had a view of Venice Beach, which by the way is a hop, skip, and a jump from Samesun, it's literally on the boardwalk! The living quarters are clean, and customer service is great! You will not be disappointed when staying at Samesun Venice Beach. You definitely get way more than what you pay for. I will mos def being staying at this location anytime my travels bring me to Los Angeles. Thank you BLEU!!!

We came here for my birthday with my partner, she knows how I love Venice and she booked a private room, with private bathroom. When you pay more than 100 the night, even in an hostel you expect that the room will be cleaned perfectly. And it wasn’t, the bathroom was lightly cleaned, we found hairs on the toilet and in the shower, the mirror wasn’t cleaned. I went to the front desk to tell them that and the man said: « ok, it’s have been cleaned this morning» and nothing else. So I was really disappointed because I am a huge fan of hostel. But the location is good
The ambiance at this hotel was classy, and the design is with bright colors that look nice and inviting at first glance. The food was scrumptious and excellent. The staff welcomed us with happy smiles every time I talked to them and remembered my name. The live music added a lovely touch to our Valentine's dinner. I will come back soon.

A cozy spot to rest your head in LA. It is definitely boutique, so the rooms are perhaps a little bit smaller. They've kept some of the detailing of the older building, so every inch isn't modern. However, the details that matter are definitely updated, so you may be opening your door with an antique-y doorknob, but the bathroom fixtures feel brand new.
This hostel was a breath of fresh air. Awesome staff, clean and cool environment. 5 all you can eat taco Tuesday... our private room was way bigger and nicer than expected. Everyone we met at the hostel was super friendly as well. Check in staff was awesome. They also hold your bags if you are waiting for check in/ checking out. Free breakfast as well! Fruit/bagels/waffles/toast/coffee. Venice is a cool area, hostel is right on the beach! Definitely will be coming back here. It’s also reasonably priced.
