We've had this system in place for almost a year and have had multiple service techs attempt to troubleshoot why we regularly cannot access the system from the mobile app. Now managers just won't call us back. We are looking for a new company now.

My office has been with Bay Alarm for a number of years and we have been so happy with the quality of service we have received. What prompted me to write this review is that we were recently having what I thought was an alarm issue with our front door (the chime would keep going off throughout the day even when people weren't using the door). Frank Lilienthal is one of the techs that comes to inspect and service us whenever we need someone. Well, Frank came out and discovered (and pointed out very kindly!) that rather than an alarm issue, the door is just a bit loose and needs to be adjusted. He did notice when he came out to look at the front door that we didn't have the latest motion sensors that they recommended to give us a bit more security. But rather than an \upgrade\ for which we would then have to pay extra, he both gave us the equipment, and installed them at NO CHARGE! What company does that?? In addition he replaced all the batteries in our sensors and keypad, just to make sure we were secure. I am so impressed with both Frank and with this company. Bay Alarm has a loyal customer for life!
