Professional and large group, and right across the street from Ventura Community hospital. Always someone on call, and Jennifer, one of the assistants, went to battle with my Medicare Blue PPO insurance company, getting them to reverse their non-coverage of my meds.

Due to the blatant incompetence of doctor Kong's nurse/assistant dianna our family will be looking for another cardiologist because of the insensitive putrid behavior by the office assistant or nurse named Dianna at the 100 north Brent st. Office.first we waited a hour and a half for the doctor to see us only to be told that he won't be able to see us after all, so we rescheduled, and at this next appointment after waiting an hour Dianna at the office said she forgot to tell dr.kong that we were there and he left so she called him to tell him we were waiting to be seen and he refused to come back.we will be filing formal complaints against dr.kong and his nurse/assistant dianna.
