Drove 2 hours to check out this used optima, I work nights and I'm tired. Sales were fine lads but still. The stereo didn't work, fine I'll fix it. The very first night I drive to work, the headlights were so dim i had to be extra cautious. I try the fog lights to get extra light, they don't work. I new I shouldn't have gone to a dealer, most private sellers would disclose these problems. I was also assured that my rental car would be returned to the agency, I had to call them, to find out the car hadn't been returned yet. 26 hours later. Would the rental still be there if I hadn't called?

You have to get into contact with Sean Mollabagher in sales to reach your car buying/leasing goals. Incredible experience; excellent service and outstanding kindness. Jaime and the shift cashier on Saturday 11/21 are incredible people and honest which is always something I value when getting my car serviced. Jaime was thorough, kind, and did not impose. Just this past week my Grandson went with me to look for a new car, we went a few places and then over to Ventura Volkswagen. Armando was superior in helping us find just the right car, at the price I could afford, and even was there until after closing to get all the paperwork done. I would highly recommend this dealership as they are friendly, efficient and aim to accomodate the public. Ask for Armando Juarez , no pressure, just great deals.
