We were fortunate to find a place for our elderly mother during this pandemic, Although we can not visit her in person everyone from wonderful Hazel to Debbie the admissions director have gone out of their way to keep the lines of communication open. The entire staff seems dedicated to their clients and families.

Great Nursing Home Week celebrations last week! Full of entertainment!
Placing a parent in a Skilled Nursing Facility is difficult for any family. Throw in the COVID 19 pandemic only added to that difficulty.Our mother was in need of 24 / 7 care so we reached out to Fox Hill. From the time of our first phone call to the current day, we have nothing but positive thoughts with not only the care of our loved one but also the help / great advice we received (necessary paperwork and financial questions) at the start. The staff has been extremely accommodating to answer all of our questions and to help where possible. Communication with the staff is a five star in our book. Special thanks to Debbie Orth with assisting my large family and helping us communicate with our mother during the pandemic.
I have had duel access with Fox Hill Center. My Husband with Dementia, Heart, Diabetes and Parkinsons was a patient in their Long Term Care for 4 years. I visited every day (sometimes twice) and got to know everyone from the Administrators, Nurses, CHA's, Cleaning Personnel, Cooking Personnel etc. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIM and for me when I visited - we literally became family. Shortly after he passed away I had a BROKEN BACK and was hospitalized for a lengthy period of time, I immediately had my son call Fox Hill to see if I could go there for Rehabilitation - they accepted me with OPEN ARMS - and my Fox Hill Family treated me like they treat every patient and helped me improve. I definitely would recommend Fox Hill to anyone!
My mother has been there since February 2019 and is very happy there. They have been keeping the families up to speed with everything that is going on at the facility during this awful pandemic. I know the staff does their best with what is going on at all times. The Dr. on staff is fabulous as well. Thank you all from my family and I.
