We shopped around, and decided to go with Superior Energy for our Propane needs based on high customer service ratings. Rick McCaffrey the Sales person, was great as he was the first person we met. Rick was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the whole process to us. We got a date for our installation which was 3 weeks out, and met Mike Miner for our installation of tanks. He was also very knowledgeable and installed /connected 3 tanks with no trouble. We then had someone come out to fill the tanks, (did not get his name) who was respectful of our property. Lastly I talked with Patty who was informative about the billing process. She was friendly and helpful in explaining it to me. The whole process dealing with Superior was stress free, and would highly recommend them for your propane needs!

Mike, Rick, Buck, and Patty were all great to work with. Patty was polite on the phone when scheduling (and rescheduling) my propane tank installment. Rick showed up to my house a little early and was able to answer all of my questions; he even might have saved me a few bucks showing me the existing copper pipe could be modified rather than replaced. Mike and Buck installed the new propane tank and my new oven (including converting the range from natural gas to propane) without any trouble. Everything has been installed for a couple months now and I have had zero issues. Great job!
Great service! I talked to Adam and he went above an beyond to diagnose a soot problem in my house. His is super friendly and very knowledgeable. We've been getting our propane from Superior for 6 years and have always had great experiences. Thanks again Adam!
Superior Energy did a great and prompt job with my new installation. Rick, who managed the work, kept me informed and quickly answered calls. Steve, Mike and Buck worked during cold days and did extra work to make the job get done quickly. Patty maintained excellent communication with me and with the company handling the equipment to be installed. Use these folks for professional and timely installation work!
Superior Energy has exceptional customer service. When you call, someone always answers the phone and is willing to help you and listen. From Patty in the office to sales representative Steve Green explaining information about propane. The installation was complete by Mike & Buck who are very knowledgeable and promoted safety. I would highly recommend giving Superior Energy the opportunity to service your needs.
