Classic incompetence. Meeks Plumbing was to arrive between 11 am and 3 pm, but NEVER showed up or called! The dispatch person was not apologetic but instead was combative we with. So, I waited all day while they insisted they were at my home. No phone call, No apology, No service but plenty of excuses. If you value your time, find another company with some professionalism.

Shower control valve was loose, pulling away from wall and moving side to side. Randy installed a small access panel in the closet behind the shower valve, and secured the valve in the wall, in less than an hour. He used a small access panel so that we can re-install the shelving in the same places in the closet. Randy has done plumbing for us before, and we are always very happy with his service. Mrs. R.
We contacted Meeks in order to take a look at our septic system. Meeks let us know that it needed to be pumped (part of maintenance), not repaired. They were prompt, super nice, very professional and we were 100% happybwith their service. We just recently discovered a \leak\ in our kitchen and plan on contacting Meeks in order to determine what needs to be done. Based on our past experience, we will be happy to have them come in and repair this.
The Meeks plumber, named Randy, successfully removed a 19 year-old garbage disposal that was completely rusted on the top. A week earlier a Best Buy \installer\ attempted the job and was not able to remove the disposal. He suggested I call a \professional plumber\, which I did when I called Meeks. The Meeks plumber said he had never seen anything like it but he got the old disposal off. Have had several Meeks plumbers at my condo and all have been great. It's no wonder when you call Meeks you may have to wait a week or two since they are in such demand. God bless Meeks!
Horrible service. They came out to fix our hot water heater. Couldn't fix, said we needed parts and would get back with us. Didn't hear for a week until we called to get update and they then announced that we needed to call another plumber to get the parts.......... WOW!!! Horrible service. Called the manufacturer Bradford White. They said this was the craziest thing they ever heard. Do not use!!!
