I wish I had read these reviews before choosing this business. When I dropped my dress off to be hemmed, I asked for an estimate to which she replied that she wasn't sure but would text it to me. I asked how long it would take and she said 10 days. I called the shop on day 12 and asked for a status, reminding her that I still hadn't received the estimate. She replied that she would text me the estimate that day. The very next day, I received a text stating that my dress was ready. I then reminded her that I never received an estimate and asked how much it would cost. Get ready... it was 55! More than the price of the dress. After discussing this situation at length with her, the price was not reduced nor were any apologies given. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never return to this business nor recommend it to anyone that I know.

I wish I had thought to read these reviews before I suggested to my husband to take 4 pairs of brand new suit pants to this seamstress. She has had his pants for well over a month now. He was told he would get a text the next week after dropping them off. Silence. So he pops in one day and 1/4 of them were wearable. The other 3 completely incorrect. They only needed hemming. She claimed it was because she didn't pin them on him. Wrong. He had each pair pinned and marked with chalk by her. So he goes back last week. Still not done!! So she promised she would text him Monday 8/1 and here it is Tuesday and no word from the seamstress. Also, incredibly overpriced. 20each and bring your cash or checkbook- no cards accepted.
