Bought our mobility van for my double amputee husband through Roger who was exceedingly helpful and informative. He assured me that should we no longer need the van, the company would definitely purchase it back. “These vans hold their value.” My husband passed away in May and I have been attempting to sell it back to them but they have been been avoiding me for 3 months now. “Too much inventory on hand.” “Not selling a lot right now.” Becoming very frustrated. I certainly understand with the virus things are crazy right now. However, the van has been sitting since since April, loosing value daily.

If I could put 10 stars I would. Justin in sales was very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind and very respectful. He went over all the aspects of buying and installing a new lift in my brand new car. He worked with me to obtain the correct decision regarding my 5 year old lift verses a new lift. He called me with installation options when the new lift came in. Knowing that I have limited walking ability he made sure he came out to my car to talk. The day the car was complete, Justin came out to my sisters car to talk and go over the new lift. He wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable. What an asset to this company. Then there was Phil the installer/ tech. Because of a new car Phil called me several times to discuss his installation. Making sure to get my approval for adjustments needed for the lift. Phil worked past his hours to get my installation done, knowing I really can’t walk without my mobility’s scooter. Phil was there to go over the bike and new lift. Phil pulled my car around to where I was sitting in my sisters car so wouldn’t have to walk or stand to see the lift going in and out of the car. He and Justin made sure. to ask if I had any questions. I worked at a level one Trauma Hospital for over 20 years. I know what it’s like to have people that depend on your kindness and professionalism. I would say Justin and Phil are in that category. I have gone to another company for service, in the southern suburbs. When I moved up this way I needed to find a great replacement. I actually found the best. It's nice to have a specialized shop in the area that both sells and services vehicles for those who are disabled. If there is a problem, these guys make it their mission to find a solution. There is a nice waiting room with TV, wifi, and coffee available if you decide not to drop off and return when completed. Appointment is timely and they are respectful of the customer's time.
This location the employees were nice but they told me I would have to go get trained to use a Apparatus and they can not give me even a quote till I go pay for the training to drive with the apparatus.. So I went to a different location that gave me a full price that was cheaper along with a link to videos which shows how to drive even though I know how already. So I wont go back here neither will I refer anybody. So I gave 2 stars only cause they were nice but they tried to get over on me by sending me to some of thier people to train me to get more money out of me.
