I love my apartment and the management here is awesome. I have not had any problems here besides my water heater was going out and within 24 hours they had the people from maintenance here to find out what was needed and it was fixed immediately. Every person that works at this complex that I’ve had interaction with has been beyond accommodating , helpful, and polite. Great place to live and you feel like the management really cares about the people who live here.

Just wanted to drop a note in appreciation for Paul! He came over, figured out the issue with the dishwasher, fixed it in a timely manner, as well as leaving the area spotless! Paul also answered a few general questions I had and came across not only as very knowledgeable, but very personable as well, which I appreciated! He also took care of a small weather stripping issue on the door. Overall, he was very kind and helpful, just thought you'd like to hear about my experience with your employee! Thanks again for the prompt attention to my service call!

I relocated from Chicago and Santana made the transition smooth and stress-free. Santana was patient, provided assurance and answered all of my many questions. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to see the unit in advance, however, Santana assured me that any concerns or issues would be addressed immediately. I was pleasantly surprised when I moved-in. The unit was clean and a great fit for my current needs. I highly recommend Villagio Apartment Homes. Make sure you request to speak to Santana. You will definitely be in good hands!
