Went though the drive through and our food was fast and yummy! The fried chicken was amazingly tender and crispy and I loved the Palabok Fiesta!

Fast service going through the drive through and all the workers were practicing proper covid procedures while handling my food. The food is how I remembered the Yum Burger tasted back in the Philippines. I am so glad I have a Jollibee near me so when I miss home I can always stop by for a slice of home.
We called ahead to order and when we got there, the food was not ready for pick up, and they sold our food to someone else cause we were late to pick up due to a car accident. Very bad customer service. They even lied and told us they were trying to call is but we never received a missed call. Freakn liars! Staff is garbage. They don't even wear gloves. One employee was wiping the counter and then handling food, with one glove..unsanitary! Corporate will be notified..
Food is good and always hot but they always run out or the mango peach pie the last three times I went there twice after lunch and once in the evening it's management job to ensure they have enough products especially if it's popular need to get there act together
Have for the last 6 years gone here when we are in that area. Gotta keep the wife happy! Has always been fast polite and professional service thanks for keeping the Fil-Am ladies from missing home so much
