I came in to look at mountain bikes and I was very impressed with the knowledge and service that Patrick provided me. I've been riding road and gravel for years, but I am brand new to mountain biking. Patrick explained things to me in a way that didn't make me feel like I should know all this already and that was very much appreciated.
