This is the worst visitor center ever. They should call it the “No Visitors Center,” because their goal is to keep family members out. Avoid this place at all costs. If you are having events, please have them off-site. I drove 40 miles to see my sister’s pinning and they wouldn’t allow me on, because the pass was coded incorrectly. They basically ignored me and treated me like I was invisible. It was an absolutely horrible experience. If you have a loved one that works at NSA and they invite you to something, just decline. It isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with this place.
