Let’s start off with if I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is a rip off! They came out to fix the main water line which consist of 3 ft of 1 1/4 inch PVC pipe with 1 1/4 inch elbows (4) and 2 couplings. Where the pipe was leaking the area was already dug out. I paid 40 to someone else to get that done. Roto-Robber charged 1,650 at first and then they said they will do it for 1,500. This cost included to dig up the area which was already done. I am a licensed contractor and I know this job does not cost more than 375 to do and with a time frame of 2 hours. I live in Florida and the landlord of this house so I was not there when all of this took place or else I would have NOT approved it because of the price for such a simple job. Besides the job being approved by the tenants the amount charged for this job is ridiculous! They are taking advantage of women and older people and it is sickening to know they would do such a thing during these hard times. I called and spoke to the manager and he offered 300 refund really quick. But that is still not enough! He also lied and said this job took 10 hours to complete. I spoke to my tenant and she said they came from 11 am to 2:30 pm. I am really disappointed will never use them and will never recommend them to anyone! Below is the picture showing that I already had someone dig up the area and another picture showing that Roto-Robber is charging for the dig up that was already done. I also have a picture of the work that costed 1,500.
Waited all day just for them to cancel.
