I would give their equipment department zero stars if I could. I had scheduled a hospital bed (for my mom who is on hospice and has dementia) to be delivered between 7-7:30pm. I called them 4 different times to get an eta or just have the driver call me but he never did. My mom was agitated and needed to go to bed in her new bed as we had already took her old bed apart. The bed was finally delivered at 10:15pm but it still took the person another 30 minutes to put the bed together. I still had to put sheets and blankets on the bed. Finally the bed was ready for my mom to sleep in at 11:15pm. This was totally unacceptable.
