Everything from scheduling an appointment until they handed me back my keys went smoothly and they updated me quickly to get my permission before proceeding with the work. If you do have to have a problem with your car you'd be lucky to have this team close by.

My experience with Norwood VW’s Service department exceeded my expectations! I drove to the service door and was greeted cheerfully by a gentleman that held the door for me. Good start! From there, Grant approached me and led me to his office to discuss exactly what my issue was. After explaining what I felt was the problem, Grant suggested that I take a ride with Zach, the technician, to make sure he understood my concern. He did. And with that, the problem was remedied and I picked up my freshly washed and cleaned car!! Perfection! Norwood VW Service Department does it right! Thank you Grant and Zach!!

I've been a customer of this location for some time now. I can tell you, that the branch is top notch. I have dealt with other local VW dealers and nobody has treated me as well as the Norwood location. That goes for all of the departments. I recently worked with David and Steve (sales) regarding a new vehicle. Both were great to work with and were very flexible while working with me. I can certainly be a stickler for details... Nothing but kudos to both of these gentleman. Maybe some of their good will can be shared with some of their fellow staff (Peter). I've had great dealings with the service department as well. Sam is a top notch service advisor and has been nothing but helpful time and time again. I would highly recommend bringing your business here. You will not be disappointed.
