Polite and courteous at all times. listened to our needs. Responded to question quickly. Did not use high pressure techniques. Let us take time to evaluate our choices. Went above and beyond to retrieve items we had left in our trade in vehicle. Isaiah Contreras was an excellent advisor! He has been mentored well by Elias M. David sales manager!

Great staff! I was greeted promptly and my vehicle was serviced quickly. They even helped me out with the diagnostic cost since my warranty ran out!

Did an excellent job of acquainting us with features and value of the car we purchased.

I cannot rate their sales department, as I have not purchased a Volvo here (and 100% will not due to the poor experiences with their service department). My experiences here have continued to be so poor- I am debating not getting another Volvo. Unfortunately, I’ve had to continue to use their service due to my car being under Volvo warranty (during this time, they had changed service people 3 times- which I get can be rough but when you have to call 2-3 times for someone to answer the phone- wow). I will go there, wait an hour, and the problem still isn’t solved, I will have to go in google, call Volvo corporate, and go back to explain to them what needs to be done. Lol. Wow. To call them is a pain, to get them to diagnose your car is a pain, and when you get your car back from one of their 10 miles services- you aren’t quite sure what was done as stuff is still missing or problems you didn’t have before arises! If another dealership has the program - where they pick up your car and service it- do that (or you’ll 1) be stuck at the dealership forever 2) be without a car). Save yourself a headache with their poor communication and constant turn over in staff. Id hate to give a business one star.. but with mine and my husbands constant frustration with them. They deserve it.

Horrible service, we get scammed every time we take our car in. This will be the last time. 400.00 for wiper blades and oil change. Had a terrible noise and said it wasn’t making the noise but when we drive it it’s extremely loud. Said tires were ok for another 1000 miles then when we picked it up it didn’t pass inspection. Car is under warranty but charged 150 for diagnostics because light came on which I didn’t know they were doing the diagnostics.

Mechanics are fine, but they never have any parts in stock in you have anything but basic maintenance, even if you're bringing it in for a Volvo scheduled maintenance interval where they should know exactly what you'll be needing.

Tim Ferguson was a huge help to me and my volvo. He got me immediately in to check over a few things that I was worried about on my car. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!
