Mr. Rooter staff are friendly, knowledagble, and really helped us out during the freak Texas winter storm. We had pipes burst twice that week and both times they were able to fit us in quickly and plumbers did a great job. Would recommend!
Had a water heater that couldn’t fill up both the kids bath and have enough water for a shower after that. Robert came out and had us back up and running quicker than I thought it would take. Now the kids get a bath, the wife gets a bath and there is still some hot water for a shower without having to worry about using a stopwatch. All I can say is thanks
Robert Nichols serviced our water heater this past Thursday. We have been fighting with our water heater company to get this fixed for the past 4 months (gotta love warranty work!) Was finally instructed to call a licensed plumber for the work to be done and they would reimburse. So glad I called Mr. Rooter! Robert was punctual and explained everything in detail on what the issue was. He showed me where the issue started, what started the issue and what he would be doing to complete the work. He even explained things I need to watch for in the future to prevent this same issue from happening again. I plan to use Mr. Rooter (and specifically request Robert Nichols) for any plumbing issues we have in the future. I appreciated the fact he took the time to explain every step and detailed it on the invoice as well (for my reimbursement purposes.) Also let me know if our water heater company had any questions or concerns, they could call Mr. Rooter and Robert would be happy to explain the issues he found and what he did to resolve them.
