ADT it’s the worst company, horrible service all the way around. Even the supervisors they don’t know how to do their job. Horrible horrible service!!!!

I had an appointment this morning at 10 o’clock. After waiting 30 minutes I called and held 38 minutes on the phone . I was then told that the sales people are independent contractors so they do not know his contact number if he was coming. They told me that the sales person Daniel Kellerman missed the appointment but will reschedule to come out again. Horrible service all the way around. This is very disappointing. I own an insurance agency and refer a lot of business to ADt thinking that they were one of the best. Apparently I was very wrong they do not value their customer.
Called to get our 100.00 gift card which was the promotion when we called. We followed up a couple of months later when we hadn’t received it. They were looking into it (ADT) not defenders. After losing track of time I called back as a matter of principal not the 100.00. ADT transferred me to defenders. The lady was rude and kept talking over me that there was no gift card on my account. She wasn’t at all accommodating or sympathetic. INSTALLERS: I should have cancelled after the installer who came out basically brow beat my mother in to getting more than she wanted and when questioned about it, he was visibly annoyed and rude and continued by asking her if she cared if someone broke in or not. Lesson learned, do not use this company. There is no sense of customer service and they use high pressure tactics rather than listening to what the customer wants.
Do not sign a contract with this company. They told me lies about their products and services and I signed the contract based off those lies. The company is flawed and dishonest from top to bottom
When I was an employee there,I seldom got any leads. Also as a former employee of security link they did not honor my previous agreement,for monitorIng,in addition to that in my opinion was that Sabrina and Richard M. should not act artificial. Also Ms. L. Perrotti, who was my manager,was mean, Mr.Gomes who was an installer was lazy. The corporate geeks were wrong to move Ms. T. Westfield as a manager. She was intelligent and kind.
