We worked with Brian. He was on top of everything from start to finish. Things moved along quite quickly. Much better than we expected. We have been in our new home for just a few days but we are very satisfied so far. I am sure there will be some minor issues that may arise but overall a very nice experience. Go see Brian. He is just great!!!!!
OMG! Where do I start....Brian has helped kept my anxiety levels at an all time low. He text, calls, or emails when things are good, bad, or just blah! Ricardo has made me smile with every visit and even pointed out the home I fell in love with and purchased. Things have been a little delayed with not fault to anyone (weather) but I am totally satisfied and tremendously grateful to the whole team here at Clayton homes of Walterboro. You guys are amazingly awesome!!!!
Tony does not follow through with concerns..we had roaches in the walls when delivered,we have signs of mold in the home and the bathroom had a leak from the shower we have gone through two microwaves because the wiring kills them.. Tony's response was we dont handle issues after the sale of the home. Please be aware of purchasing from here..they get your contract and dont follow through with issues.Spending 112k..you would think the home would be better.So dissapointed.
