I'm not super pleased with anything about this place. Took them 2 months to figure out they couldn't fix my A7II, which had a broken LCD screen and body damage. Had to call back every couple weeks just to get an update. On my final call back, the guy who answered the phone (never even got his name) said \yeah we can't fix it. We looked at it two days ago.\ After days of trying to coordinate via e-mail and phone calls to arrange shipment of my camera (was only in the area briefly) I had to have someone I knew pick it up and ship it to me. Bad communication, slow service.

I called ahead to see if they could fix my camera, they said come on by. When I got to the shop the guy wasn’t wearing a mask, I told him I have an auto immune disorder asked him to put one on and he just left and wouldn’t come back to the front. After waiting several minutes I rang the bell again the same man came out from the back, I told him I’d called and needed my camera replaced he said he didn’t have a mask and they didn’t need my business. I asked what was wrong cause I was very confused why this person was being so hostile to me and he just waved me off and said “we don’t need it” so I left. Really weird. Really hostile. Guess I’m going elsewhere

Took my lens to get repaired 2 months ago. Really thought it was well repaired. Until the lens started to come apart at the place he repaired it. Lost the paper receipt and just asked to speak with the owner he wouldn’t come out and said that it came apart on its own. Very rude. I thought he did great work but I guess not. Honor your work please and when a customer comes in please just show a little respect.
