Finally a breath of fresh air at this store with exceptional customer service! The owner of this place is efficient, pleasant, professional and friendly. Napoleon Hill once said, “ the higher level you go, the better attitude people have.” In other words it’s so easy to deal with an accomplished person because they always have a positive mental attitude and look for the best in life. The reason this man is successful is in part because he has a good mental attitude. In the same token- the lower you go- the nastier the attitude. So glad they finally got rid of that obnoxious guy, who made everyone the source of his problems. Such good riddance to rotten rubbish! Phew!!!

Top Notch!!! Francelle was holding down the fort all by herself when I came in on a Tuesday around lunch time. There were no less than 4 customers in the store at any given time but that had no effect on poise, efficiency and courtesy. I was sticker shocked at the prices for ground shipping but when I weighed my options: USPS which lost my package in November and denied my claim, and FedEx on Lexington st. (2.4 rating on Google) I wen back inside and waited in line a second time to be serve by Francelle. She's set the bar, now others have the task of keeping up with her. Bravo Madam! I salute your Customer Service Excellence.

I would stay away from this place and find another location if possible! Maybe it was just the person I had to deal with today but he was horrendous. He was angry and made everyone that he had to deal with be the cause of his problems. He was demeaning to another Asian girl who was just trying to get some printouts and crude with the other female assistant who was wrapping up her shift. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, he took such a long time to get anything done that the line created was all the way to the end of the block.
