For the most part my experience was very good. However, the older woman who works there was very disrespectful. I was told by a staff member to call at a certain time to see if my bike was ready. When I called the woman answered and told be I eeded to be patient\ and that I was \lucky to have a bike\, even though I was told to call. I'm lucky that I bought a 1600 bike from them? I have had 2 experiences with he woman answering the phone and both times she spoke over me, did not listened, and was disrespectful. I really like the shop and most of the staff but I quickly found myself another local bike shop.

These folks are great. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They know there stuff. Also very attentive to my needs. Can’t say enough about how great they are. One individual even took the time to explain things in easy to understand terms, while I waited to get my purchase.
