I order flowers for a friend who just lost their father, and completely forgot about the expected snow 2/18/2021 (sorry). The flowers were actually delivered within 2 hours after my order was placed and are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely order from them again!! Unfortunately there was a problem with a very underwhelming bouquet being sent the first time. The owner called me after I left a bad review and pledged to make it right, which she did. Very happy with the customer service and the beautiful arrangement my friend received the second time.
Went online late at night to purchase a nice arrangement. Found J &L Heavenly Florist. The beautiful item I chose was delivered next morning as promised. No problems. Will definitely use J & L again ! Well Done. Thank you.

Really friendly and helpful people. My online order didn't go through due to my own error and Liz bent over backwards to get the order delivered within minutes.
