The Richard Robinson Funeral Home staff are phenomenal. The staff are warm, caring and compassionate. Ms. Eileen, in particular, held my sister and my hand throughout the entire burial process. My mother’s going home service was beautiful. Many members of my family remarked that it was “the best service” they’d attended or that the service was “classy” and 0well organized”. So many decisions had to be made and the staff guided us effectively through the entire process. To the staff-thank you!

I checked around in the Warner Robin's area before choosing this facility. I must say prices were very competitive. This is a very upscale funeral home so think about that when you choose where you want to visit your love one at not just anywhere I would think. I've always believed in you can't go to a dollar store and expect the same quality as a Walmart. When you lose a love one you want to go somewhere that truly feels your pain & sympathy and won't take advantage of you during that time. This is a beautiful facility inside and out just the like the owner and employees. I could not have picked a better place that showed my family and I loyalty, compassionate, care and concern during our bereavement process.
