Really struggling with customer service. We have been long time customers of WS. We purchased a refrigerator about two years ago and purchased the extended warranty (yes, we were those people). Well, Christine morning we woke to a refrigerator at a balmy 75 degrees. We had to wait a week for a service call, only to hear that the appliance needs a new compressor and condenser. Two weeks later, we still have heard nothing. Phone call resulted in a “we ordered the wrong parts”. As a family with two young children, a refrigerator is an important item. We are small business owners and choose to spend a bit more on our appliances for superior service and a more personal touch. In our situation, the extra money hasn’t resulted in customer service or an appliance that works. ————————————————————— Edit: 1-26-2019 Nice technician spent four hours yesterday on our refrigerator, installing new condensers and compressor. They site was left nice and clean. As requested, no food was placed in the refrigerator in order for it to cool down. Today, the fridge is 45 degrees internally and it’s HOT in the freezer. I just need something to happen at this point. I’m irate—it’s been over a month! My patience has run out.

Worst experience I’ve Ever had to pay for. Due to corona we don’t have to do our jobs or even care, I waited over a year for my permanent fridge. When it finally got here it was damage so I had to come again, when I finally got it it was damaged with a dent and they didn’t even assemble it properly or peel the stickers off. then the stickers that were on all of the accessories handles left a residue that would not come off. When I spent 20 minutes scrubbing it with a paper towel and a washcloth the finish came right off. I was lied to on when they were going to be here and then the service was so horrible it’s just unbelievable. No communication from the drivers and Joe Warner himself was the liar I hope this business goes out of business soon! Do good business and people will appreciate it. I had to find my own dishwasher because it had been so many months after they promised. I would never recommend this company.
