I called and scheduled a pick up for several pieces of furniture I wanted to donate since I am moving out of state. I moved everything from the house to the garage as they requested the night before they were supposed to pick it all up. They didn't show up during the window of time they gave me, so I called to make sure they were still coming. The guy who answered the phone said he would check with the driver and call me back in 15 minutes. He never did. I called a few more times and my messages were not returned. Now I have a garage full of furniture and need to wait a week for another charity to come pick it up.

Please do not used this service . If you sound like your an african american they will not rendered service and hang up the phone on you. This company is racist. Attention I repeat they will not service you if your an African American.
I had a pick up schedule and they never contacted me or showed up. I then called them a couple more times and when I finally reached them they said they would find out what happened and call me back....they never did! Very sad since I had a beautiful gueen size bedroom set I wanted to donate!
