I had the opportunity to tour Warsaw Health & Rehab on a few different occasions, and I really liked what I saw. The facility was among the cleanest I've seen, and the staff were personable, warm and professional at the same time. One of my favorite aspects of the place was its integration into the community of Warsaw. The town embraces the campus and the residents as if they were family. One of my best memories of the last few years was seeing Warsaw H&R on Halloween night. Virtually every family in town brought their children, wending their way through the hallways and mixing with the residents while trick or treating. The residents loved it, and many of the staff were in costume as well. Truly heartwarming.. All-in-all, a first-class place that I would recommend to anyone with parents or grandparents that can no longer be cared for at home.

I have nothing but good reviews for this facility. I was very nervous about putting my love one into a nursing home because I’ve heard all the horror stories but this place and the staff put my mind to ease. My mother absolutely loves visiting with everybody from all of her friends to the staff to all the visitors. And the staff refers to her as grandma which does brightens her day. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would like to thank all the staff there for taking excellent care of my loved one puts my heart at ease And I can’t say thank you enough.
This facility is full of great employees and is very clean. The facility is well managed and the residents always seem to be happy! A great place for you family to live when they cannot remain home any longer! Tony Curtis
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my mother and they did an amazing job.
