So happy with my move in experience. Friendly staff. So much better than the Bozzuto property I came from across the street.

Misleading Advertising!!! They advertise having 'Electric Car Charging Stations', they have 1 paid charger and all other outlets in the garage have been disabled. They have also removed all weights and dumbbells from the gym due to the 'likelihood of them being stolen'. Management is claiming the weights have been removed due to covid recommendations. This is a lie, free weights that do not require a spotter are explicitly allowed under current guidelines. When pressed on this they have admitted they removed to prevent theft.

Don't believe the website! Advertised as having 24-hr. concierge. I left my keys at the desk because I was going out of town on a business trip. Got back at 6:30 and waited almost an hour for the missing concierge before calling the emergency maintenance line. The voice on the other end said there would be no concierge until 10 and that it would cost me 35 dollars to get into my apartment (notwithstanding that my keys are still behind the concierge desk). Emergency maintenance is off-site and so will take some amount of time to get here that the person on the phone could not estimate. If you live here, pray that you never actually have a maintenance emergency.

This was a great entry point for coming to DC! Excellent access to metro, great restaurants nearby, relaxed area in the midst of the city. Can't beat the convenience of having Giant downstairs!
