Of the two interactions that I've had with AMR's capital region employees in the past month, neither has been positive. The fact that the employees I've interacted with are selfish and absent-minded gives me the impression that AMR must not care about the quality of its patients' transports. I'll never choose to have a family member transported by AMR and I suggest that anyone reading this use a different private ambulance service if at all possible.

Hires unqualified employees, yet goes out of their way, including breaking multiple company policies to fire qualified, experienced employees. Sends poorly maintained units out on the road without proper equipment. Corruption at its finest.

Just want to record my gratitude for the excellent help provided by your staff, Ms. Nicole Sanhueza and Ms. Ivone Nksou. On August 30, 2018, had a minor accident at the World Bank office, 1818 H Street, NW. AMR took to the Emergency Room at GW Hospital in Wash. DC. These ladies were very efficient and nice. They stayed until I got the medical assistance required. Please convey my gratitude to them. Thank you. Maria Orellano 7779 Tiverton Drive - Springfield, VA - 22152 Springfield, VA - 22152

Was picked up at Arlington National Cemetary at the WWII Information Window at approx 1800 on Saturday, July 29 and transported to the GWU Hospital. All attendants were very empathetic and professional. My thanks go out to them.
