At first I didn't receive my money, but I called the customer service number and Josh was able to help me get everything straightened out on the same day! I had my money within the next hour. He was courteous, efficient, and very professional! I would definitely recommend selling old books to them. Great experience overall!

Poor experience. Took me a while to get my money because customer service is poor to non-existent. I had an issue where they marked down some of the books because of their condition, they sent me an email stating as much but the email did not contain anything saying that further action was required by me. 2 months and multiple emails later (some of which were ignored) I finally got some guy to release my money but he blamed me saying I had never authorized the price reduction, even though they never told me that was required. So what were they going to do? Just keep my books unless I complained enough?
Sold my books on May 2nd, did not received money. Called on May 16th, was told I would be receiving money for the special needs book. It is now May 22nd and I have not received any funds.
