I called and spoke to Mr. Deth a few times about getting visas for our upcoming travel back to Laos. He was very helpful and when our passports arrived to him, he paid good attention to the work required and mailed them back in a timely matter (we paid for overnight delivery there and back). Thank you, Mr. Deth!

Website is worse, not even have 2 languages to choose Lao or English , You should look at Thai Embassy website, they’re do good update all the time about go to hometown (covid) !! Please fix it !!!!
Seems like noone is working there? Ghost office possibly? Many times I tried to called during business hours stated on their website, no one answer the dam phone, can't even leave a voice mail. Any body have better luck or different numbers to reach these people, please share.
By far the worst experience. Back on August 15 I came in person and applied for visas for my children and was told I should receive them in the mail by August 26. It is now October 11! We are leaving for Laos in November!!! I have called so many times and no one ever picks up. I have also sent an email with no response back. My children's passports are still MIA and I am beyond pissed. I paid 180 total which is a rip off by the way. I want my children's passports and my money back! Thieves! Stay away from this place! If you are going to Laos just get your visa on arrival and it will be ALOT cheaper!!!! It's nice to see people working at the embassy drive Mercedes S500 when they are ripping off innocent non-Laos speaking women like me 180 for children's visa!!!! Unprofessional people and straight thieves! My 10 year visa for India didn't cost me as much as this!
Thailand and Cambodian embassies staffs are way better .........would prefer Visa on arrival next time...Have a nice one and merry Christmas
