While many of the employees are not helpful at all, I would like to thank Ms Helen for her help with my plant shopping (she’s there every weekend and knows her stuff) and Bryan for helping me find a tool with an extension to clean my shower (he has great institutional knowledge of the store’s products and proposes great alternatives when they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for). I usually find Lowe’s to be overwhelming, so I appreciate when people take the time to walk me to the area of the store I need to be in and select the correct tools for my needs!

Have been trying to support Lowe’s for so many reasons. This location is clean and as long as you can find something yourself it’s great. We’ve been trying to get an estimate on installation of security doors for about a month. We put a request in online. Tried to call and follow up only be on hold for 45 min and never reach anyone. Okay fine, maybe you’re busy. We go in to the shore and speak with an associate you tells us they don’t follow up on online requests. So we had to come in anyways. Fine. Annoying because it should tell you that online but again, whatever. We make our 35 payment and never hear from anyone. We call again. No one answers or if they do they send you the department for security doors and they do not answer. More time on hold with no answer. We go in, again. Turns out they never saved our phone number. Okay, so someone finally comes three days later to measure for doors. Fast forward another five days. No word back. Tried to call and again no answer after being on hold another 45 min. Call back and finally ask for a manager, don’t want to be that person but now we’re wasting time. Still no resolution. At this point we will find someone else.
