Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They know exactly what they're doing. I went in and was pleased they had what I needed in stock as it's usually an item you have to order where ever you go. I wasn't rushed and wasn't pressured to look at anything on the sales floor. There was a couple things I was interested in but was short on time but will be back to check it out. This place was exceptionally clean. I will recommend this store. Thank you for all your help!

I was looking for a small refrigerator for my garage. They showed me 2 in my price range 1 used and 1 new. I decided on the new. They were very helpful in explaining delivery, and extended warranty. I would definitely recommend them from my experiences.

I ordered a 299 piece socket set and there were 4 sockets missing... i have called repeatedly and even talked to one of the owners and on 3 separate occasions they have taken the product numbers and descriptions of the sockets and tell me they will be in in 2 to 3 weeks. But I never get a call from them and when I call they tell me we will have to order it again. I have dealt with this for over 3 months. You would think being a small home town store their customer service would be better especially since all other sears stores are closing. Very very sad. I. An not recommend this store to anyone.
