Best chimney cleaning and inspection we have ever had in the 30 years at our residence. Included top to bottom inspection as well as a digital inspection of some questionable areas. Jordan and Caleb were personable and informative. Highly recommend.

Great company. Employee was on time, very friendly. Employee was very clean and left my house in the same condition he found it. Great value, and did quality work. Gave me a full report when done, was helpful in suggesting repairs needed.
Found a potentially hazardous situation with something that had nothing to do with the chimney. They were great in pointing me in the right direction to have it fixed. They went above and beyond. Kay in the office was wonderful, too!
Made an appointment 9/28/2020 for 11/7/2020 for my chimney to be repaired, first they required an estimate to be done which is 100.00. When I booked this I was noticing some water damage inside of my home from my Chimney area, so I asked how far out for work to be done and was told a few weeks. Guy came out this past weekend; told me I’d get a QUOTE that day, never once mentioned work and estimate wouldn’t be provided until March of next year which is what I was told by the office lady when I called today because I hadn’t received my estimate yet. They basically said they can’t provide an estimate with price changing and a new year coming, and we are booked out through March. I asked for a refund the OWNER said NO and the office lady said ‘we’ve got so much work we don’t need yours’. Please RUN, terrible customer service and business ethics I was basically ripped off for 100.00 and never even received the estimate I was promised and I needed these repairs done before the winter months!
This is the most professional contracting service I've ever dealt with. They use modern materials and methods. Additionally, if you're considering doing roof work yourself, I would reconsider. I can relate a number of roofing and ladder accidents that were permanently debilitating. These guys are professionally trained.
