I picked up a sweet cannondale mtn bike today. Young man who helped us, was awesome. Bike is a hoot on the single tracks around 9 mile and Sullivan Hill.

Dropped off my bike to get a tune-up last Saturday. I received a quote of 56. It's Wednesday and no call yet. So I call to get a status update. Guy told me my bike was ready on Tuesday. He didn't even call me to let me know it was ready. And also I'm being charged over 65 now. He didn't apologize at all for not contacting me when mybike was ready. This was my first time using there service and definitely last time.

I purchased a bike recently and I am slowly converting it to an ebike I only put the screen on for now because I don’t have all the parts and the man with orange hair and a beard told me my warranty was voided even tho it’s the equivalent of putting a phone stand on your bike. The bike is still 100% functional it just has a non working screen on it
