My mother needed to be moved on short notice from one assisted care facility to another. I live 2000 miles away, and taking care of the arrangements was proving to be impossible for me. Kelly and her team stepped in and turned a logistical nightmare for me into a wonderful experience. I was super impressed with the professionalism, care, and quality of this company, and I would gladly do business with them again.

We were very happy with our experience with Kelly from Metro Milwaukee's CT Bids. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible with our schedule and needs. For downsizing, this was the best option for us and we plan to use them again for phase II in the future. I highly recommend anyone to contact Kelly for an estate sale.
It is beyond my imagination how anyone can rate this business stronger than a 1 star. I wish I could rank it 0 star. The woman came into my home, picked through my things and then took the best products for the sale and wanted to charge me to haul other really nice items away. Then, she sold the items at auction but the system malfunctioned and the items got sold cheaper than they should have, way cheaper. But then, I never recieved payment for the items that were sold at the auction! Total RIP OFF -BEWARE!
Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable on the items we had for auction. The descriptions that were written on the auction site were compelling for purchase. The opening bids and initial bidding was hair-raising as such beautiful things were being bid on with such low bids. However, the buying clientele apparently knew the value of the items and the last hour or so proved to be bidding wars on many items and we got final prices that we could never have gotten on our own. What a great service to sell items and know that they will get into the hands of people who really value their worth. I would use Caring Transitions again and would (and have) recommended their services to anyone looking to clean out a house. Professional, caring, thorough, friendly.
Kelly and staff did a wonderful job of handling my mother's home of 50 years, sorting and tossing and the online auction. Every item on the auction sold! There were some clever descriptions of the items that really made them appealing. I would highly recommend Caring Transitions of Metro Milwaukee.
