All staff was extremely helpful and positive creating a great experience. The finance person's authenticity and ability to find connection with my 18 year old daughter on her first car purchase, creating a positive and inclusive experience, was priceless. The Frontline customer service is excellent. Both the receptionist and the salesman were helpful without being pushy. The finance person did not come across as well, however. He did not know the answers to my questions and constantly had to call back in the salesman. The detail department is lazy - I left my car for a week because I couldn't pick it up until then and I asked that the huge clumps of dirt be removed (clean the undercarriage) before I came back. They didn't do it! I found more clumps and the salesman had to do the cleaning himself. Super disappointed in the detail department.
