I filed for unemployment 2 months ago. I have yet to recieve any information about my status. I have called multiple times emailed and still NO RESPONSE. I don't understand how all these other places are opening and they have yet to open the department of labor? I understand they may be backed up because of everything that's going on, but at least have the decency to return phone calls and emails to people. They don't care because they're not the ones having to go through it.

I got accepted to receive benefits about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Got the paper stating what I'd be getting each week and everything. I have yet to recieve anything! I'm a single parent of 3 smaller children and Bill's past due. I have called and left voicemails 6 times in the last 2 weeks. Different numbers I've found, local and state. Not a single call back. I've emailed, nothing. What is going on with this? Yall cut off the extra each week but nobody is even receiving the regular amount! This is unreal and a real problem. This is effecting a lot of people! And nobody seems to care?!?!
The DOL is not open for the people who have lost there Jobs. You can't even file for your unemployment benefits online because there system is unavailable. Everybody else is open and working, even the public schools are open but not Department of Labor. These are the reasons people are moving out of Ware County. They just don't care if companies are letting go there employees and they raised our taxes to 9 percent.
This is a shame!! No answer! No call back! No response to your email! NO NOTHING! How does these people still have a job?? Being they aren't helping the public they must be eating donuts and coffee !! SMDH
I have been calling and leaving messages for months and no has yet to return my call. All you get is a answering machine. Website don’t explain anything as to why I still haven’t gotten my UI checks.
I have called, emailed, and even contacted the DOL in Atlanta (which was absolutely NO HELP) I have even wrote the DOL Commissioner and have not received a response from any of my attempts. I was approved to get my Unemployment back to 3/29/2020-present and haven't received a dime, or a dang penny.
Phone calls repeatedly, emails repeatedly and no answers yet. Other workers that got laid off with me have been receiving payments for over 2 months and I have not received anything. People need money to pay their bills. Guess if it's not your bills then it really isn't important. Useless!!!
Does anyone know how to get a phone call back or an answer I've been calling for 3 weeks now and emailing them no one answers me. I have tried over 4 numbers to reach them still nothing!
