In July 2020, I bought a McLaren here. Sales said that there was no warranty to this car in July, 2011, but when I went to McLaren's store to do the service, I found that there was no warranty for this car and it had expired before I bought it. Then I called over, and the manager said that Jamie, who was in charge of me, had left, and he didn't know how Jamie and I had been talking. I've been asking for a contract for two weeks, but no reply. Call there serval times, no call back. Jamie is just a sales person. She has a manager, and every decision is decided by the manager. Now that Jamie has left the company, they don't want to be in charge. reply：yes，but u are talking about different things. I was talking about the Mclaren warranty what ur sales told me. Ur sales manager Christian is so rude, i do not want to get into quarrel, but his attitude made me angry. Using his language skills to Fool me around. It's not an solution. ( ･᷅ὢ･᷄ )

We are buying the Mclaren 720s, and were welcomed with several surprises during the entire transaction. We have signed the paperworks, wired the money. The dealership wouldnt release the car. They gave us a bunch of bull**** of why they need to hold vehicle. I was given the ok to pick up the car and schedule the transport truck. However, the next morning they called and said they will not release the car. They should have told us that before I scheduled with the transport company. Lamborghini/ Bentley of Boston also told us that they will not pay for the trucking company cancellation fee, they only pay for it if we keep the deal with done. How the hell can I keep the deal with them when I cant even take delivery of my car. I also have the screen shot as proof. If they decided to not pay us for the cancellation fee I will bring this matter to my lawyer and sue this shady company. As of this moment they are still holding the money from us. I’ll update this review once I receive my wired transfer payment back, as well as the tow truck cancellation fee. Please do not do any business with this dealership, bunch of liars. Something definitely wrong with the car, that is the only reason why they are holding it.
