Local business at it's finest! Great service, pretty good selection and they take their time to ensure that you will be happy with the final product. I'm happy with the subsequent adjustments and cleaning service I have received since buying my glasses. Every time I go to visit they are friendly and welcoming. They care how I feel about my experience. If it says anything about how I fell, I would never shop at Lens Crafters again, no way to Sam's Club optical, Target optical maybe, Spectacles West...for sure! Excellent to do business with. Fast, courteous service, great communication and fast shipping service. I had a special situation where I needed lenses cut to fit into FPV goggles used for R/C flying. I have struggled for years with being able to see the screen inside the goggles, and the diopters offered by the goggle manufacture would not work for my RX. Fortunately Spectacles West had the ability to make custom lenses in my RX that would fit directly in the goggles. I can now see the screen with no issues and with detail I was unable to see before. I am sure using this service would also work well for scuba divers and other applications where special lenses are needed. Again great service and a friendly staff make Spectacles West a truly great place to do business with.

My son and I have been fitted twice now and we’ll be back next year for glasses again. I visited their shop recently to look for some new frames. They have a great selection of styles from trendy to classic, bold to subtle. Their staff is absolutely wonderful and is what really what sets them apart. They're friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of their products. They let me try on as many frames as I wanted, listened to what I was looking for and made some great suggestions for me. They just felt very genuine and I could tell their priority was for me to be happy above all else. No pushy sales here. They were also able to put prescription lenses in a pair of sunglasses I had bought earlier this year. The lenses were done same day and came out great. Their communication is excellent as well. I highly recommend them.

Spectacles West has excellent customer service, which is difficult to find. My son has worn glasses and frames from them for the last three years. We go in monthly (or more) for them to be tightened just right so that he will wear them and they are always very patient and receptive every single time. I appreciate all the time they spend on making sure he feels comfortable in his frames, even when there is not a sale involved. Our family will shop no where else for frames. Best hands down.

My grandson is visiting. He had an eye exam, but needed his glasses before he left town. They called in the tech to cut the lenses that day. Absolutely above call of duty!! He was so excited to get his glasses. Thank you for a great experience.
