Dr Avilez & the other Drs. are very nice and they know what they are doing. But the rest of the staff is so unprofessional every time I call I thank them for answering my questions and they just hang up without saying anything. Never fails!!

DO NOT GO HERE Staff is always gossiping about patients & NEVER welcoming. The Dr’s are always in a rush & never take the time to properly examine my child, which led to a fever of 102.6. This office doesn’t even have a station to change my baby’s diaper!! The whole office is just disgusting! I would not recommend this doctor’s office to absolutely anyone! Not even worth a ONE STAR.
Dr Aviles is such a sweet man! Super good with kids and very helpful. However, it’s difficult when he’s not in because staff are very short talk and rude. I like the Mercedes staff better!
Let me just start by saying that I wouldn't even give it a one star rating!!! The staff are rude!!! Have attitude! I wouldn't recommend this place at all to no body!!!! I will definitely be CHANGING DOCTORS!!!!
