I had such a bad experience with the owner. He printed an order that I was still working on. I had just asked him a question about a line that wouldn't go away. Instead of \dealing with me\ he just printed it, and when I questioned him because I felt the formatting looked weird, he got completely aggressive and confrontational with me. He was extremely rude and grabbed the photo from my hand and said \then don't buy it then\. I asked him why he was being so rude, he simply replied because he has been doing this for over 20 years and I had no right to question him. I was trying to print some pictures to put in a locket for someone whose Dad passed away and I just really wanted a good size and quality picture. I kept myself together and simply said as a business owner I would expect better customer service and left. After that I broke down in the car and cried. I wanted to support this store and not do it on line. I've used them numerous times in the past. I am still in shock to why he treated me like that.
