My boiler, I was told needed a cleaning. I called Silva. Eric came out late in the day on a chilly Friday to check it out. He was able to show me that it was actually putting out Co2 and was dangerous. He put together some quotes and options for replacement. He answered all of my questions. Once the system was ready for installation, his work ethic and professionalism really came through. My system was older and very complicated. He persevered through many challenges. Always patient, answering questions and explaining what was going on. Once the system was up and running, I was amazed! I had heat in places throughout my house that I had never felt before! He was even able to show me using thermal imaging!! The word that I feel applies most is integrity. He is clean, prompt, professional, but best of all takes great pride in providing more than you might expect. Five stars were more than earned.

Eric did an amazing job on installing our replacement water heater from Rheem. The previous one was installed incorrectly in about every way possible! He came out on a Sunday and got us all hooked up correctly! I've realized it's so important to have a professional install these water heaters. Silva Mechanical knows what they're doing, top notch installations. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you something, this man was a lifesaver. Literally! We just thought we needed a water heater cause it was old and he noticed the new one wasn't getting enough gas, surprisingly enough our crawl space was leaking gas! He took it upon himself, worked all day to solve it and not only I have fresh hot water I don't have to worry about getting blown up to kingdom come! Eric is a super humble, friendly and a master at his craft. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks again Eric!

Eric exceeded our expectations with his service and craftsmanship. Eric was able to fit us in after-hours to look at our leaking tank water heater. While he offered to install a replacement that night, it was late, and we decided to be worked into his next-day's schedule. Eric's pride in his craft is reflected in the quality and precision of his work. The installation of our Navien tankless water heater is simply beautiful. During the work, our floors were protected and all areas inside and out were kept neat and clean. Our home was spotless when Eric left. We have remodeled our entire house, inside and out, and have dealt with several dozens of contractors over the years. Not many of them are true professionals. Eric is among the best we have experienced, I wish there were more like him, and I highly recommend him for tankless water heater installation.
