For this to be a utility company, the staff were incredibly friendly. Upon walking in Penny acknowledged me immediately. Penny was extremely helpful in getting my problems taken care of. On top of taking care of everything for me, she did it all with a smile. I’ve dealt with more utility companies than I want to admit, however this was by far the best experience I have had.
