It's the first time we had crazy clog in our kitchen sink. I personally tried everything I had in my arsenal to unclog it and I miserably failed. Bubby Collis quickly assessed situation, suggested the right approach, disclosed all of the charges for the service, and did high quality job. On top of that he provided all necessary instructions on how to maintain drains, so we never get ourselves to the same situation. Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is very reliable company that I would use for sure again in the future.

The service was quick and efficient. Eddie Durant arrived within the time window provided, explained what needs to be done and took care of the issue. Eddie was knowledgeable of what needed to be done, was kind and patient with my questions. The only reason for the 4 point review is the price/cost for a quick/ small fix that took 15-20 mins was high. Nevertheless I appreciate the quick and effective service that allowed us to get back to normal quickly. Eddie Durant was a pleasure to work with.

They were great to work with. Alex was professional and very helpful with ensuring that I won’t have to deal with another flood problem the next time our water heater decides to check out. They’ve also done service for my residence (main water line) and they were amazing with that too. And total champs about it. They had to dig multiple holes, for very good reason, at no less than waist height, and my yard is mostly bedrock. I know it was terrible because one hole had to be dug manually, against my foundation and they had to take turns. But they didn’t complain about it, at least to me, which is super cool of them. I’m sure they had something to say about it when they left ;) but they were completely cool and professional the whole time. All that said, the quality of their work is incredible. My biggest concern with any repair/replacement service is that I don’t have to worry about or revisit the same issue(s) any sooner than normal wear and tear would allow.

The whole company, from start to finish, was great and easy to work with. Chandler came out, on Easter, to help is find and fix a water leak. He was fast, polite, professional, not pushy or rude (you'd never guess that he was working on a holiday) and took the time to find, explain and repair the issue. He gave us the name of a restoration company that, so far, we are happy with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Matt was great. I highly recommend this place. I went off of it based on other reviews I saw. They got the job scheduled quickly. Matt gave me plenty of notice that he was on his way. I’ve had other businesses tell me they will give me a heads up so I can leave work and meet them but didn’t get a notice until they showed up. I had at least 30 minutes notice which I appreciate. He let me know the cost before he started the services and the price was the same at the end.

Valley plumbing was awesome!! We were able to schedule quickly, and the consultation was free. Then we could have them do the work then, later, or never. They didn't pressure us one way or another and gave forthright opinions about what we might be able to do ourselves. We did end up having them do some of the work later, and they were efficient and professional. They also did a couple other drain cleanouts/checks complementary. I would highly recommend these guys! Tom Abramson really went above and beyond!!
