I had an appointment this morning for a 24-36 hour curbside Covid PCR test for travel. A female medical professional, I believe her name is Paro (between the windy weather and communication through masks, I'm not sure if I got the spelling right), administered the test. She did an excellent job — she was very friendly and gentle with the nasal swab. I told her how important it is that I receive my test results ASAP (I need them to be able to travel abroad in 2 days), and she guaranteed the 24-36hr turnaround and gave me a phone number to contact in case of any issues. A huge thank you to Paro, and fingers crossed that I receive the results in 24-36hrs!

I was promised that I would have my results within 48 hours, so I made travel arrangements based on that promise. After 48 hours the results did not show up and when I called ARC, they were closed for the weekend. I sent them an email and they responded and apologized for not sending the results, but by that time it was 36 hours beyond the 48 hour promise with no offer to give me my money back or any compensation. I was forced to rebook my flights, incurring extra fees for rental car, flights, etc. The reason I paid the super high price of 229.00 was for the 48hr. guarantee.
